Jeffrey Gee Joins Wilkinson Barker Knauer as Partner in DC Office

WASHINGTON, DC — Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP (WBK) is pleased to announce Jeffrey Gee has joined the firm as a Partner in the Washington, DC, office. Jeff joins the firm after serving as Chief of the Investigations and Hearings Division at the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) Enforcement Bureau.

During his tenure at the FCC, Jeff led hundreds of investigations and enforcement proceedings across all service areas regulated by the FCC, including broadcasting, cable and satellite operations, and broadband Internet access service. He also helped to shape a variety of precedent-setting matters, including cases involving sponsorship identification, indecency, privacy, consumer protection, broadband transparency requirements, public safety, and the prevention of waste, fraud, and abuse in federal funding programs.

Prior to joining the FCC, Jeff was in private practice for over a dozen years, representing media and telecommunications companies in complex regulatory and transactional matters.

Jeff holds a B.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University and received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
