Diversity & Inclusion · WBK recognizes the importance of diversity and inclusion among our lawyers, other professionals, and staff, as well as in the legal profession generally. We are one of the few firms led by an LGBTQIA+ Managing Partner, and our Administrative Partner is a woman. We are committed to building and maintaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of our client base and our communities, and we believe that a culture of inclusion significantly enhances our ability to provide superior legal services to our clients.

Diversity Initiative · WBK believes that an important part of inclusion is creating space for candid and authentic discussions based on the diverse backgrounds of attorneys and staff. We also know that every member of Team WBK has a role to play in this critical work. Our Diversity and Inclusion Committee includes attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and managers, all of whom work to ensure that every WBK employee has a sense of belonging at the firm and comfort with each other. The Diversity and Inclusion Committee also explores ways to connect with clients on issues of diversity and inclusion across the legal profession and in the industries we represent.

WBK Best · The WBK Best Committee is a group of attorneys and staff whose focus is to improve and enhance the overall experience at the Firm, whether it’s through planning group events, lunches, and happy hours; or listening to attorney and staff suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the Firm and overall workplace environment.
