William Sill spoke at the Utilities Joint Use and Wireless Collocation Summit 2013 in San Antonio, Texas on Collocation on Tribal & Federal Lands.

Many times a utility project will involve access to tribal and federal lands. There are unique legal and regulatory issues that arise when constructing new towers or modifying existing ones on these lands.   The session covered those legal and regulatory issues with lessons learned from utilities along the way.
