William Sill was the moderator of  a panel at the Utilities Joint Use and Wireless Collocation Summit on Migratory Bird Impact on FAA/FCC Regulations for Utility Structures.  Discussion of the latest FCC and FAA regulatory changes based on Migratory Bird studies. Topics include the FCC Environmental Assessment filing requirement and changes to FAA lighting regulations for new structures. The panel offers diverse viewpoints on the “New Rules” from perspectives of filing, compliance, and controlling the financial impact.
