On March 12, WBK Partner Chuck Keller will be moderating a panel at the FCBA Wireless Committee sponsored CLE that will discuss how the Connect America Fund Phase II Auction is different from previous universal service auctions and spectrum auctions. The panel will examine the implications of the various decisions regarding the auction design and how those decisions may impact the auction.
