Nancy Libin spoke on a panel entitled “Privacy Issues in New Media & Technology” at program jointly sponsored by the American Bar Association Forum on Communications Law, the National Association of Broadcasters, and the Federal Communications Bar Association. The panel covered privacy issues relevant to broadcasters, including mobile apps, location based services, and the Federal Trade Commission’s new COPPA rule. The program was held in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 7, 2013.
