Nancy Libin moderated a panel entitled “New Considerations in Cybersecurity” at a symposium on Global Challenges to Communications Law and Policy in an Age of Austerity, sponsored by the Catholic University of America. The panelists included representatives from government and industry who discussed the administration’s cybersecurity executive order, the Federal Communications Commission’s efforts in this area, and what to expect from Congress. The symposium was held on April 4, 2013 at the law firm of Wiley Rein LLP.
