On April 18, 2016, WBK partner Jonathan V. Cohen will speak on the FCC’s broadcast spectrum incentive auction at the NAB Show in Las Vegas as part of the Noble Media Finance & Investor Conference, which is produced in partnership with the National Association of Broadcasters. A former FCC auction director, Mr. Cohen will provide his perspective on the incentive auction, which promises to be a transformative event for both the broadcast television and mobile broadband industries, as part of a panel that will includes representatives from NAB and the Consumer Technology Association.
