Mr. Bodensteiner will bring to Wilkinson Barker his expertise in advising public and private companies and investors on mergers, acquisitions, financings and other transactions, as well as on corporate matters. His experience includes acquisitions and sales of broadcast properties worth billions of dollars, programming and intellectual property transactions, major equity investments and debt financings, and creation of online advertising platforms.
