David Oxenford was a moderator at the Radio & Internet Newsletter (RAIN) Summit. The panel titled "The Song Plays On"  discussed music royalty issues. What’s the solution to the ongoing battle about royalties? Can the streaming industry and artists work better together? This panel  included a discussion of the musicians and webcasters points of view and featured a musician who had an opinion as well.
