Bryan Tramont was a speaker at the ABA Forum on Communication Law Seminar in Orlando, FL on February 11, 2012.  The workshop covered some old FCC favorites – indecency, media ownership, and product placement – as well as issues that are priorities for the new FCC Chairman and Commissioners – the appointment of a special advisor to assess the state of the media, net neutrality, development of a National Broadband Plan, the FCC’s rules implementing the children’s Television Act, and parental controls for content.
