Jurisdictional questions always arise when state lawmakers discuss public policy issues impacting innovative industries like wireless. This session will review the roles of federal, state, and local governments and laws and regulations governing wireless policies. It will also provide an overview of wireless policy issues brewing on Capitol Hill and within federal agencies.
