Bryan Tramont was a facilitator at the ABA Forum on Communications Law 18th Annual Conference on February 9, 2013 in Dana Point, California. The workshop, "Hot Issues in FCC" covered some old FCC favorites – indecency, media ownership, and product placement as well as new priorities, the appointment of a special advisor to assess the state of the media, net neutrality, development of a National Broadband Plan, the FCC’s rules implementing the Children’s Television Act, and parental controls for content.
