Eric is a skilled energy litigator who specializes in electric utility regulatory cases. A former senior litigator at the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada (PUCN), Eric leverages his experience to provide thoughtful, strong, and practical advocacy for clients facing challenging energy regulatory and administrative issues.

Prior to joining WBK, Eric was a Senior Attorney at the PUCN. During his six-year tenure, he served as an Assistant Staff Counsel where, on behalf of PUCN Staff, he litigated various large, complex energy regulatory cases before the PUCN, including electric and natural gas rate cases, electric utility resource plans, and electric utility natural disaster protection plans. As lead counsel in numerous multimillion-dollar regulatory proceedings, Eric gained exceptional experience formulating key legal strategies and building strong, successful positions for his client. Prior to his role as Assistant Staff Counsel, Eric served two years as an Administrative Attorney, where he advised the PUCN Chair in various regulatory matters and drafted PUCN orders.

Eric received his J.D. from West Virginia University, where he was the Moot Court Board’s Energy Law Chair.

Eric was born and raised in Pennsylvania. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering, golf, and skiing.
