Wilkinson Barker Knauer (WBK) is honored to announce that it has earned the distinction of being named the “Law Firm of the Year” in Communications Law in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers® Best Law Firms. This marks the sixth time that WBK has been selected “Law Firm of the Year” in this category (2012, 2014, 2018, 2019, 2021, and 2025).

In addition, the Washington office has been named a Tier 1 firm in both Communications Law and Media Law (both nationally and regionally) and a Tier 3 firm in Privacy and Data Security Law (regionally). The Denver office has been named a Tier 1 firm in Colorado for Communications Law and a Tier 2 firm in Energy Law.

The “Best Law Firms” rankings involve a rigorous evaluation process that includes client and lawyer evaluations and peer review from leading attorneys. To be eligible, a law firm must have at least one lawyer who is included in Best Lawyers in that particular practice area.
