Amy enjoys working closely with clients to find practical solutions to complex legal issues. She advises on critical transactions and risk mitigation strategies, as well as routine legal questions, contracts and corporate governance. Amy works with companies across a range of industries, from technology to communications to energy. She also advises emerging companies, as outside corporate counsel, on business matters from founding to exit. Amy’s expertise is in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising on privacy matters.

Amy benefits from diverse experience as in-house legal counsel at several companies across a range of industries, including energy, tech, finance, and rare earth mining.  Her time working as in-house counsel has given Amy an in-depth view of the reality of business operations and she is practiced at quickly and efficiently aligning legal solutions with business priorities. Amy is focused on seeing the landscape from her clients’ perspectives in order to provide business-focused, pragmatic legal advice.

Amy is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).

Amy spends time skiing, running, swimming, golfing and hiking.  She’s also devoted to Peloton and listening to audio books.
