Amy acts as outside corporate counsel for companies, relying on her prior in-house experience to work closely with clients to find practical solutions to complex legal issues. She advises on commercial transactions, technology agreements, privacy matters and the full range of other corporate and commercial matters. Amy works with companies across a variety of industries, from technology to communications to energy. Amy’s expertise is in structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising on transactions and privacy matters.
Amy started her legal career as a transactional lawyer at a large, international firm in Washington, D.C. and later transitioned to a smaller corporate practice in Denver. Amy also benefits from diverse experience as in-house legal counsel at several companies across a range of industries, including energy, tech, finance, and rare earth mining. Her time working as in-house counsel has given Amy an in-depth view of the reality of business operations and she is practiced at quickly and efficiently aligning legal solutions with business priorities.
Amy is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).
