DENVER, CO — Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP (WBK) is pleased to announce Amy Klemt has joined the firm as a Partner in the Denver office. Amy joins the firm from Rubicon Law Group Ltd., where she served as outside corporate counsel to companies across a range of industries and growth stages.

With over 16 years of experience as an in-house lawyer and at top-tier law firms, Amy brings deep experience in high-growth and early-stage companies, aligning legal solutions with business priorities in the areas of commercial transactions, contract negotiation, privacy, and intellectual property. She consistently provides her clients with the best possible outcomes, leveraging her knowledge and experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions.

Amy holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Wyoming and received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).
