AUSTIN, TX — Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP (WBK) is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Stuart is joining the firm as a Partner in the Austin office. Jeffrey comes to WBK with over 15 years of experience advising electric utilities and energy clients on complex regulatory and transactional matters.

Before joining WBK, Jeffrey practiced in the energy sector, where he focused on administrative litigation including base rate proceedings, mergers and acquisitions, transmission line siting, and comprehensive utility regulation. He has represented clients before numerous federal and state regulatory bodies and has deep experience in energy markets across the country, including the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT).  Jeffrey also represents clients in transactional matters related to the electricity industry.

Jeffrey will enhance the firm’s ability to serve clients facing energy transition challenges, emerging regulatory frameworks, and complex commercial transactions. He will be a key addition as the firm continues to expand its energy and infrastructure capabilities nationally.

Jeffrey received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Florida.
