Emilie de Lozier Promoted to Partner

Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP is pleased to announce Emilie de Lozier has become a partner at the firm. Emilie helps broadcast, media, and communications companies, large and small, navigate the complex and ever-evolving FCC regulatory and policy landscape. She provides strategic advice and compliance-oriented analysis on a broad range of matters before the FCC and other agencies, with particular expertise on the day-to-day regulatory and legal issues confronting broadcasters and media companies. This includes licensing and compliance, FCC aspects of transactions, broadcast ownership, and advertising issues, among others. Emilie also keeps clients in a variety of sectors abreast of current policy issues that may implicate their businesses and has represented media, telecommunications, wireless clients in various agency rulemakings and enforcement matters, including on broadcast regulatory issues, spectrum policy, and issues affecting the video marketplace and emerging technologies like the Internet of Things. Emilie has also helped guide clients grappling with emerging legal and policy issues in the U.S. and abroad related to privacy, data security, and consumer protection.
