Sarah’s interest in the wireless communications industry began well before law school, when she spent two years doing federal government relations work at American Tower. Witnessing firsthand how telecom policy shapes the legal and regulatory landscape underlying our mobile networks convinced her to pursue a legal career in the sector.

She carried that focus into her studies at American University Washington College of Law, where she completed three internships at the FCC—in the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, the Space Bureau, and the Office of Commissioner Gomez. Together, these experiences gave her a deeper understanding of the nuances of spectrum policy, satellite regulation, and broader industry oversight—a perspective she now brings to her work with WBK’s technology and telecommunications clients.
