Nour grew up in Baghdad, Iraq, before moving with his family to Rochester, NY, in 2008. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and later co-founded and led ROC Industrial for four years before pursuing law school. In 2025, he earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy as well as the Middle Eastern and North African Law Students Association. Outside of academics and professional pursuits, Nour enjoys soccer, running, and reading, and he recently picked up boxing while on a bar trip hiking through Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
