Nitin practices at the intersection of law, technology, and business as an associate in the Corporate Transactional group. With a background in various forms of engineering and personal startup experience combined with a formal business education, Nitin values pushing the boundaries of possibility and indulges in problem-solving to achieve the desirable outcome, especially when charting new ground.

He focuses on the technology, energy, and communications sectors and represents a wide range of companies and investors in financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, project development, technology and commercial transactions, and corporate governance.

Before joining the firm, Nitin worked as a data engineer at Symbotic LLC, an AI self-driving robotics company implementing automated warehousing solutions. He also worked at a Silicon Valley-based national law firm focused on technology companies and startups.

Nitin holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and earned a J.D./M.B.A. from the Cornell Law School and Cornell’s S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management. He served as an editor for Cornell Law Review and represented his company in eLab, Cornell’s startup accelerator, during the 2022-2023 cohort where he was awarded the Hemmeter Entrepreneurship Award for the business plan most likely to launch a successful business by the Johnson Graduate School of Management. Outside of the office, Nitin enjoys spending time outdoors, concocting new recipes in the kitchen, and watching anime.
