Jonathan advises clients navigating complex regulatory and strategic issues in both the space and terrestrial telecommunications industries. Jonathan’s experience includes the development of applications for satellites and earth stations and other pleadings before the FCC. He also represents clients across a wide range of issues including, privacy and cybersecurity, Internet of Things, communications transactions, and intellectual property rights. Jonathan is also a registered patent attorney and has assisted clients in responding to USPTO office actions and in developing strategies to successfully leverage IP assets.

Before joining the firm, Jonathan clerked with the Honorable Juan G. Villaseñor of the 8th Judicial District in Colorado and worked in-house at both satellite and terrestrial telecommunications companies to address compliance and policy issues.

Jonathan holds degrees in chemistry and biochemistry and earned a J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School where he was an editor for the Colorado Technology & Law Journal.
