Isabela takes a practical and business-minded approach to clients’ transactional and corporate matters. She focuses on the energy, infrastructure, and communications sectors and represents companies and investors in financings, mergers and acquisitions, project development, and general corporate governance.

Before joining WBK, Isabela practiced at Fortis Law Partners LLC in Denver, where she advised companies on corporate formations, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, employment-related compliance, equity and debt financings, and day-to-day governance needs. She was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2026) for Corporate Law.

Isabela’s background also includes work with Meati Foods, where she was among the company’s first 200 employees and helped establish its legal department and manage company contracts.

Outside of her legal practice, Isabela enjoys backcountry skiing, biking, and trail running, and is currently working toward summiting all 58 of Colorado’s 14ers.
