Graham joins WBK’s Washington, D.C., office following his graduation from the University of Colorado Law School in his hometown of Boulder, Colorado. Graham brings a longstanding passion for telecommunications policy and a can-do attitude to bear in service to his clients’ needs. Graham’s approach is informed by his varied prior experiences, including an internship for the Honorable Commissioner Geoffrey Starks of the FCC, in-house work at a multinational satellite telecommunications company, and clerkship experience at a Colorado-based law firm.

During his time at CU Law, Graham served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Colorado Technology Law Journal, conducted research into radio frequency interference, and co-authored two conference outcomes reports for the Silicon Flatirons Center for Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. Prior to law school, he earned his B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Fordham University in New York City.

Outside of work, Graham enjoys reading, exploring, and spending time with his wife, Molly, and chocolate Labrador retriever, Ernie.
