
Chris has his eyes on the stars. From established satellite operators to new space startups, from mega-constellations to cubesats, Chris is passionate about helping clients get their satellites off the ground and into orbit. Chris knows the many regulatory hurdles that satellite operators face at the FCC and advises on issues ranging from spectrum policy to orbital debris mitigation. He also assists clients with all manner of FCC filing needs, including license applications, U.S. market access grants for non-U.S. operators, and comments on FCC rulemaking proceedings. Chris joined WBK following work as an Attorney Advisor at the FCC in the Satellite Division of the International Bureau, where he was heavily involved in a range of satellite policymaking activities.
