Audrey Wainwright is an associate in the firm’s Energy group, where she focuses on administrative litigation, policy, and transactional matters. Audrey brings a client-centered approach to her practice, guiding clients through complex regulatory and legal issues, providing thoughtful, solutions-oriented advocacy across a wide range of matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Audrey worked in the New York office of an international law firm in the Corporate and Finance group. She received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she graduated as a Stein Public Interest Scholar and an Archibald R. Murray Public Service Scholar magna cum laude. Audrey was recognized by the New York Unified Court System as a 2024 Pro Bono Scholar for her dedication to pro bono legal representation.

Outside of her legal practice, Audrey is a marathon runner and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping and exploring national parks.
