Ashley advocates for and advises clients on issues relating to emerging technologies, broadcast, and media among others.  She has assisted clients to navigate complex regulatory issues, including assistance in obtaining FAA approval for Uncrewed Aircraft System (UAS) operations and providing guidance on compliance with novel regulations.  She also works with the intellectual property team on projects relating to trademark prosecution and copyright litigation.

Currently, Ashley serves as a Director on the Northwestern Law Latinx Alumni Affinity Group and is a member of the Military Spouse J.D. Network.  She joined WBK’s Washington, D.C. office after receiving a Juris Doctor from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.  During law school, Ashley was an extern at Sony Pictures Entertainment and served on the executive boards of the Latino Law Students Association and the Arts & Entertainment Law Society. She graduated from State University of New York at Old Westbury’s Honors College, summa cum laude, with a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion.  There, she received the President’s Medal for Scholarship, which is the highest honor bestowed by the college to a single student in the graduating class.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys cooking, reading graphic novels, and spending time with family.
