Amy takes a business-oriented approach to solving legal needs. Whether it is an initial seed financing or a complex sale transaction, she partners with her clients to meet their ultimate goals. Amy focuses on the technology, energy, and communications sectors and represents a wide range of companies and investors in financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, project development, technology and commercial transactions, and corporate governance.

Amy advises investors, their advisors, and emerging companies throughout the business lifecycle — from formation and financing to compliance matters. She also enjoys working with emerging companies in a variety of industries, including SaaS and other “as-a-service” offerings, communications technology, retail, and smart grid and energy.

In her free time, she enjoys skiing, hiking with her dog Jasper, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
