Amy Fliam advises companies and investors on complex infrastructure transactions across the energy, technology, and communications sectors. She takes an integrated approach to her practice, combining aspects of commercial, real estate and corporate transactions to meet client objectives, navigate risk, and structure transactions that support their long-term goals.

Amy represents energy clients in a wide range of infrastructure-related matters, particularly data center energy projects.  Her work includes complex project and related real estate development and sales, mergers and acquisitions, power purchase agreements, build transfer and site development agreements, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) agreements, joint ventures, and other complex transactions. She also advises clients on financings and strategic corporate matters involving energy and infrastructure projects.

In addition to her energy practice, Amy works with investors, companies, and businesses on financings, strategic transactions and acquisitions. Her experience spans private equity financings, debt financings, and commercial agreements across a range of industries.

In her free time, Amy enjoys skiing, hiking with her dog Jasper, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
