Lynne came to WBK in 2016 with a deep knowledge of satellite regulations after spending the previous 10 years at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). There, she worked on satellite policy and licensing matters, including the allocation of licensed and unlicensed spectrum resources, transfers of FCC licenses and the review of GSO and NGSO satellite applications. Lynne now represents satellite companies before the FCC as they seek to bring new services to the market and navigate changing regulations in a rapidly evolving industry.
