Davina Sashkin Joins Wilkinson Barker Knauer as Partner
WASHINGTON, DC — Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP (WBK) is pleased to announce Davina Sashkin has joined the firm as a Partner. Davina joins the firm with extensive experience in Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulatory compliance, strategic policy advocacy, and FCC-regulated transactions, and is widely recognized as an industry leader in broadcast media law.
Prior to joining WBK, Davina served as counsel at BakerHostetler and was a longtime Partner at Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, PLC. In her role, she represented broadcast and telecommunications clients on routine FCC regulatory compliance matters, transactions and mergers, spectrum auctions, broadcast ownership issues, political broadcasting rules, as well as FCC investigations, enforcement proceedings, and administrative hearings. Davina has also advocated for broadcast and telecommunications clients in FCC rulemaking proceedings and in litigation before federal courts.

Davina holds a M.A. in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University and received her J.D. from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
