For nearly two decades, Adam has worked on major policy issues in the communications space. Adam’s interest in communications law began in law school, where he helped establish the Silicon Flatirons Center, a center for innovation at the University of Colorado Boulder to serve students, entrepreneurs, policymakers, and professionals at the intersection of law, policy, and technology. Following stints at the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and in the D.C. telecommunications policy arena, he began working in private practice in 2005.

Since joining WBK, Adam has advised clients on legal and policy matters before the FCC and state utility commissions. He also counsels clients on a range of compliance issues, including state licensing requirements and 911 regulations.  In addition to his communications practice, Adam has represented clients in administrative and commercial litigation matters in the energy and transportation sectors.
