Patty is recognized as a specialist in guiding radio and television groups, large and small, in day-to-day FCC regulatory compliance with a common-sense approach. She is an authority in post-incentive auction matters, counseling television stations in channel sharing, and launching ATSC 3.0 service. Broadcasters also seek Patty’s expertise with complex transactions including tackling complex FCC ownership regulations.

The practice of broadcast law is a second career for Patty, following a stint in New York City in the fashion industry.
