Nicholas Alexander

Office Washington DC

Nick has advised clients, FCC Commissioners and business unit leaders on how to craft policy and manage regulatory risk.  After starting his legal career in private practice at an Am Law 100 firm, Nick spent close to a decade at the Federal Communications Commission, where he served as a legal advisor to three members of the Commission, a staff attorney in the Wireline Competition Bureau, and many other positions in between.  He then spent over four years in-house with a major telecom provider, where he most recently led the company’s regulatory advocacy team as Vice President of Federal Regulatory Affairs.  Nick brings all of that experience to bear, along with his time as an Airborne infantry officer in the United States Army, when advising clients on issues ranging from transaction approvals to customer privacy.
