Ethan D. Jeans

Office Washington DC

Ethan’s practice focuses on navigating complex federal and state regulatory issues in both telecommunications and energy – whether that involves federal court litigation and appellate work regarding telecommunications backbone, the seeking of state authorizations for novel developments relating to changes in the energy grid, or speaking to state lawmakers (at their invitation) on the history and future of the open internet debate. A saxophonist-turned-attorney and the former Editor-in-Chief of the Colorado Technology Law Journal, Ethan enjoys the improvisational challenge of serving the firm’s diverse clients in ever-evolving marketplaces.
