
Emily joins Wilkinson Barker Knauer after practicing as an in-house regulatory attorney for Xcel Energy in Colorado. In this role, Emily litigated a broad range of matters impacting Public Service Company of Colorado’s electric and gas utilities before the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and provided regulatory compliance advice on a variety of matters, including data privacy and protection, development and interpretation of tariffs and related contracts, and the design and implementation of utility programs. Prior to that, Emily practiced as a commercial litigation associate at a large national law firm. Emily received her J.D. in 2015 from the University of Virginia School of Law.
