Angela Floyd is a highly accomplished telecommunications attorney with a wealth of experience negotiating transactions in the wireless infrastructure industry.

Prior to starting The Law Office of Angela Floyd, Angela spent over ten years leading complex telecommunications transactions as senior counsel of M&A for SBA Communications Corp. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated her ability to get deals done involving a wide variety of wireless infrastructure assets, including communications towers, data centers, edge computing infrastructure, rooftop telecommunications facilities, DAS networks, energy infrastructure solutions and other strategic growth initiatives in the United States, Latin America and Canada.  Her years of experience in the telecommunications industry give her a unique perspective and insight into her clients’ businesses and enables her to offer a unique blend of legal experience and business strategy to help clients achieve their goals.

Prior to her role at SBA Communications and in private practice, Angela served at the United States Federal Trade Commission.  In this role, she enforced compliance with consumer protection laws and regulations as an attorney in the Division of Enforcement, including deceptive and unfair trade practices, privacy, fraud, and other consumer protection issues.

Angela holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.  She is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the Maryland DC Wireless Association, the New York State Wireless Association, and the Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum.
