On April 15, at the 2012 NAB Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bryan Tramont, the managing partner of Wilkinson Barker Knauer, co-moderated a panel discussion regarding indecency and other content-related regulations, including children’s broadcasting, political advertising, and healthy MEdia issues. Titled “Dipping Your Dots: We’re Not Sure What It Means, But It Sure Sounds Indecent,” the panel featured former FCC Commissioner Deborah Taylor Tate, Erin McGrath, legal advisor to Commissioner Robert McDowell, Jerry Fritz of Allbritton Communications, and Joe Di Scipio of Fox Television Stations, Inc.
