WBK attorney Caitlin Shields will be featured on a panel hosted by Boulder Tomorrow on September 20 in Boulder, Colorado.  Caitlin will provide an analysis of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission’s recent decision in Boulder’s electric municipalization proceeding and summary of Boulder’s procedural path forward. The event will also include a discussion of Boulder’s November Ballot Measures and how they may impact the City’s business community.  Among the ballot issues up for a vote in the forthcoming November election, Boulder voters will consider three issues related to Boulder’s effort to form a City-owned and operated municipal electric utility.  More information about the event is available here.
