WBK congratulates associate Alex Mancero for his selection to the inaugural class of the Colorado Bar Association (CBA) Colorado Diverse Attorney Community Circle (CODACC) program! The CODACC Program seeks to build a community for diverse Colorado attorneys in private practice, the judiciary, and in-house. The small, select group of initial core participants will engage in networking and affinity events, CLEs, mentoring opportunities, and public service. The class will be trained in core Racial Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (REDI) competencies, and each lawyer will be supported in an individualized development plan to engage in REDI-related professional opportunities. We look forward to supporting Alex in his engagement with the CODACC Program and many leadership opportunities to come!
