Ray Gifford Featured Speaker at the Mercatus Center’s Technology Policy Program

Ray Gifford was one of the featured speakers at the Mercatus Center’s Technology Policy Program on November 9, 2011 from 10:00 – 11:30 am. The discussion examined if a new framework might be needed for broadband policy and the possibility of reforming the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  Gifford along with the other speakers outlined these alternative approaches to broadband policy and FCC reform during this event. The program takes place at the Mercatus Center, George Mason University. There was also a live stream of this discussion at mercatus.org.
