The National EBS Association has bestowed upon Wilkinson Barker partner Paul J. Sinderbrand its Outstanding Member award for 2011. The award acknowledges Paul’s work in crafting and advocating before the FCC a regulatory environment that promotes the use of the 2.5 GHz band for educational broadband applications, while providing financial support for educational institutions through the leasing of excess capacity.
