Patrick Halley Promoted to Partner – February 8, 2017

Wilkinson Barker Knauer is pleased to announce that Patrick Halley has become a partner at the firm. After shooting up the ranks at the Federal Communications Commission, Patrick joined the firm in December 2014. His practice areas include broadband deployment/universal service, IP-enabled services, wired and wireless communications, public safety communications, and consumer protection issues, such as privacy and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) compliance. He is also currently the Executive Director of the Next Generation 911 Institute, a non-profit organization that supports the Congressional Next Generation 911 Caucus and promotes the development of advanced and effective 911 and Next Generation 911 services.

Patrick advises communications providers and trade associations on strategic, policy, and legal matters. His representation of clients before the FCC, other federal agencies and on the Hill has directly impacted proposed and adopted legislation, orders, and regulations. Bryan Tramont stated that “Patrick is a literal and figurative rock star. We have been honored to have him on our team and are happy to call him partner.”
