Trademark attorney Mitch Stabbe was quoted in an October 3, 2016 Washington Times article analyzing the impact of a Supreme Court case on the Washington Redskins trademark controversy. The Supreme Court declined to hear the Washington Redskins’ appeal, but is instead hearing a similar case in order to issue a ruling on federally registered trademarks.
