The FCBA Wireline Committee will host a CLE May 24th from 12:00 -1:30 at Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP, 1800 M Street NW, North Tower, Suite 880. The CLE is entitled “Third Lifeline Reform Order: Legal and Implementation Issues” and discusses the FCC’s Third Lifeline Reform Order, which modernizes the low-income universal service program for the broadband era. The event is moderated by Rebekah Goodheart, Legal Advisor to Commissioner Mignon Clyburn of the FCC, and WBK’s own Charles Keller.
