Wilkinson Barker Knauer is pleased to announce attorney Caitlin Shields has been appointed to serve on the Energy Bar Association’s Energy Law Journal Mentor Circle for the 2017-2018 academic year. As a part of the program, Caitlin will work with student staff of the Energy Law Journal, providing advice and guidance on energy law and career paths.
