Wilkinson Barker Knauer, LLP (WBK) is pleased to announce that Bob Quinn is joining the firm as a Partner in the Washington, DC, office. Bob joins WBK after 30 years with AT&T, where he served as Senior Executive Vice President for Legislative and Regulatory Affairs. In this role, Bob oversaw AT&T’s global political and regulatory operations, led AT&T’s Public Policy Organization and served as Chair of the AT&T Foundation. Bob also served as AT&T’s Chief Privacy Officer for five years, helping to align AT&T’s many operating companies, and to ensure the privacy of customers and employees. Bob received his law degree from DePaul University Law School in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as the Managing Editor of Lead Articles for the DePaul Law Review.
