Erin M. Griffith, Associate

Erin M. Griffith joined the firm in 2017 coming from the Federal Communications Commission.  Serving most recently as the Legal Advisor to the Incentive Auction Task Force, Ms. Griffith advised on legal and policy decisions related to the broadcast incentive auction and the post-auction television transition schedule and reimbursement process.  Prior to that, Ms. Griffith served as an Attorney Advisor in the Auctions and Spectrum Access Division of the Commission’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau where she worked on matters related to competitive bidding, competition policy, and auction application review.  Ms. Griffith was also a lead attorney for Auction 1001, the reverse auction piece of the incentive auction. 

Ms. Griffith’s time at the Commission also includes a clerkship with the Mobility Division of the Wireless Bureau working on issues related to build-out requirements, Positive Train Control, and wireless signal boosters.
