Ken Satten oversees the firm's broadcast practice and works on a daily basis with firm attorneys and clients on legal, technical, policy and regulatory issues impacting on the broadcast industry. Mr. Satten has represented broadcast companies for over twenty years. He provides a wide range of services to large broadcast groups, as well as individual stations. He has extensive experience assisting clients on regulatory, transactional and corporate matters.
Mr. Satten has participated in numerous licensing, enforcement and rulemaking proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission and has been a frequent speaker at industry and client seminars and conferences. Mr. Satten is the author of "Pretrial Suppression Hearings Presumptively Closed to Public when Adverse Publicity Threatens Impaneling of Impartial Jury in County of Venue," for the George Washington Law Review.
Mr. Satten is a member of The District of Columbia Bar and The Federal Communications Bar Association.
