Wade Lindsay joined Wilkinson Barker in 1989 and has over fourteen years of experience in energy, natural resources, telecommunications and administrative law. Mr. Lindsay's experience encompasses practice before the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the federal courts.

Mr. Lindsay represents the firm's wireless telecommunications clients in the personal communications services, cellular and paging industries in administrative hearings, policy rulemakings, equipment authorization proceedings, enforcement actions and federal appellate litigation. He has been involved in the full range of regulatory issues affecting the wireless telecommunications industry. Mr. Lindsay also represents one of the Regional Bell Operating Companies and a trade association of mid-size incumbent local exchange carriers in numerous proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission involving wireline telecommunications issues.

Mr. Lindsay has broad expertise in energy and natural resources law, in addition to his telecommunications practice. He has represented investor-owned electric utilities, municipal electric systems, and independent power producers, before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the U.S. Department of Energy, and federal courts on matters relating to hydropower licensing, natural gas transportation and rates, oil pipeline rates, and crude oil overcharge refunds. Mr. Lindsay has also counseled clients developing new electric generation sources on environmental compliance under the national environmental Policy Act, Clean Water Act, Federal Land Policy and Management Act and Endangered Species Act.
